5 Easy Steps to Track Your VeeFriends “Compete and Collect” Trading Cards!

48,000 boxes of VeeFriends “Compete and Collect” Trading Cards have been successfully delivered to VeeFriends Series 2 minters.

NOTE: Only those who minted VeeFriends Series 2 and opted-in to receive Free VeeFriends “Compete and Collect’’ Trading Cards will see their tracking information. Secondary market purchasers are not eligible to receive these trading cards.

  1. Go to https://series2.veefriends.com/ (please make sure you are visiting the correct site) and click the Connect Wallet button.

2. Connect your wallet that was used to mint your VeeFriends Series 2 NFT(s).

3. Click on your profile icon on the top right corner, and select Order History on the drop down shown.

4. Now you can see your order history of each VeeFriends Series 2 NFT you minted, and the associated VeeFriends “Compete and Collect” Trading Cards you opted-in for with the FedEx tracking number and link!

NOTE: If you shipment is still in the queue, you will see a “Pending Shipment” status instead. You can check back later for an updated status. We will also email you once your shipment has been processed with your tracking information.

5. You can now click on the FedEx or UPS tracking number link, and you will be redirected to the FedEx or UPS website and be able to track your delivery!

Common FAQs

1. No Tracking Information in My Order History

If you do not see any tracking information yet and have opted-in to receive VeeFriends “Compete and Collect” Trading Cards you will see a “Pending Shipment” status. Pending shipment means your order is in line to be shipped. Once your cards have been shipped you will receive an email notification and have your FedEx tracking information listed in your Order History.

2. How Many Boxes Will I Receive?

Each Series 2 NFT that you minted and opted-in to receive free trading cards equals the number of boxes you will receive. (Example: You minted (3) Series 2 NFTs and opted-in to receive trading cards. That means you are expected to receive (3) boxes of VeeFriends “Compete and Collect” Trading Cards).

3. Will I Receive Multiple Boxes?

Yes, each Trading Card box is individually packed for shipment. If you are expected to receive multiple trading card boxes, you may receive several boxes in one shipment.

4. Can I Update My Shipping Address?

International: Due to international shipments beginning early next week, we are allowing international users a one-time chance to update their physical address if needed. All addresses need to be entered in the Latin/Roman alphabet. You have until the deadline on Monday, August 1st, 2022 @ 12 PM EDT to CHANGE/UPDATE your shipping address on the series2.veefriends.com website! Once the deadline has passed, shipping addresses cannot be updated. In order to update your address make sure you connect your wallet to the site, click on Order History, and Edit Address.

Domestic: As packages are actively being shipped out in real-time, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate address updates that may further push back production. Please check with the carrier (FedEx) on any possible options.

5. How are customs being handled for international shipments? Do I have to pay duties?

  • EU, UK, Canada, Mexico, and Australia delivery duty costs will be covered by the shipper, which means no additional duty cost upon receiving.
  • For all other countries, duties will be covered by the recipient, which means customers can expect duties (country-specific) to typically range around 0–30% (~$0-$15) of the product value. The value of the box is $43 excluding shipping; they will be marked as gifts.

6. Can I Still Opt-In to Receive Trading Cards if I Minted a VeeFriends Series 2 NFT?

Yes! If you minted a VeeFriends Series 2 NFT and did not fill out your claim, you have until 12/31/2022 to opt-in to claim your free VeeFriends “Compete and Collect” Trading Cards on the VeeFriends website HERE. See the 3 easy steps to opting-in below:

  1. Connect your wallet HERE and click on your profile in the top right corner and select Order History.

2. Click on ““Would you like to opt-in”?

3. Enter your desired shipping delivery address and then click Update Order Details, and then you’re done!
